Volunteer at Mother Nature's Backyard


Needed:  Garden Docents

We'd like to keep the garden open as much as possible.   If you enjoy plants  - and would like to volunteer for a few hours a month - we may have a place for you as a Garden Docent. Monthly Volunteer Days (ages 12 and older, please)

Regular monthly volunteer days are scheduled for the afternoon of the 3rd Saturday of each month from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.    Meet at the garden - wear old clothes, sunscreen and a hat.  Tasks vary by month but often include pruning, weeding, removing spent flowers general garden tidying. Most of the work is 'light' to 'moderate' activity level.    See the Your Gardening Calendar page for background information.   For more information, please contact us at  mothernaturesbackyard10@gmail.com).
